I hereby grant Engineers & Scientists Acting Locally (ESAL) the non-exclusive, perpetual right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display my name, likeness, photograph(s), written statements, and/or interview responses as provided to ESAL.
These materials may be used, in whole or in part, for the following nonprofit purposes:
- Online publication on ESAL’s website or related platforms
- Inclusion in case studies, workshop materials, or other educational or public-facing presentations
- Promotional or outreach activities, including social media, newsletters, or other communications supporting ESAL’s mission.
I understand and agree that:
- The materials may be edited or adapted for clarity, length, or format, provided they are not used in a misleading or defamatory manner.
- ESAL will not sell or license my likeness, statements, or related materials for commercial profit unrelated to its nonprofit mission.
- This grant of rights applies in perpetuity and covers all forms of media now known or later developed.
- I may revoke this consent in writing at any time for future uses not yet produced or distributed.
I hereby release and hold harmless Engineers & Scientists Acting Locally, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and assignees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the materials as described above. I acknowledge that I will receive no financial compensation for such use.
