ESAL Community is an ever growing community of passionate, dedicated, and curious civic-minded people in STEM. Members have the opportunity to connect with one another, but sometimes we need a little help reaching out.

That is why we are introducing a new networking matching activity called Meet me in the "Break Zoom". In an office setting, a quick trip to the break-room can open up the opportunity to make a connection or deepen a relationship through casual conversation. Since we are a nationwide organization and often in a virtual space, we will have to do things a little bit differently!

Here is how it will work:

3. Watch your inbox and ESAL Community messages for an introduction to your match and facilitation guide
4. Find a time to meet and take a virtual break together
5. Share about your experience in ESAL Community

Participants will be matched with someone new every month.
